Keeping a Firm Body
To maintain muscle tone, aim for 20 minutes of stength-training exercises two to three times a week, with at least one day off inbetween workouts so your muscles have time to rest and grow.

1-3 sets of 8-15 repetitions of these exercises are recommended, resting no more than 45 seconds between sets to keep the workout challenging. If you have not used weights before, or you are out of shape, start with the lighter weights and progress steadily to heavier ones.
